Autumn

Ok, so it's not actually autumn yet (although seeing as we still haven't had a proper summer this could actually be spring), but autumn/ winter clothing is in the shops already. This is kinda a problem for me because the rust, navy, dark green colours are my favourite and when you're trying to save money it's kinda hard when you want to buy everything. My latest H&M purchase is an example of this.

Jumper: H&M
Jeans: Primark (also new)
Necklace: New Look Via eBay

I have one of these jumpers in a blue and white stripe from about 4 years ago, and when I saw this one I had to get it. I think this might become my most warn jumper this winter!

Shit I've brought- Two

It's time for my second monthly round up of shit I brought.

1. Navy striped jacket- H&M
2. Green Jacket- Primark
3. Belt- Primark
4. Snood- Primark
5. Necklace- Primark
6. Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipgloss

There was definitely a lot less this month than last. I'm not sure if that was a conscious choice or if it was just because I new I had a holiday to save for.

New eBay Shirt

Today I finally worked out how I could wear the shirt I got from eBay last month. I'm aware I'm wearing a jumper in July, that would be because England sucks and we've had rain and nothing above 20 degrees for the last two months!

Shirt- Fat Face (Via eBay)
Jeans- Topshop
Scarf- Miss Selfridge
Jumper- H&M
Shoes- Converse

Ring- not sure (Miss Selfridge maybe)
Earrings- Accessorize

Shit That I Have Brought: Month One

I have an addiction to buying things, which would be fine if I was a millionaire, but as I'm not I need to try and get a handle on it before it gets ridiculous. Luckily I tend to prefer Primark and Poundland to anything even slightly expensive (Topshop) so it could be worse.

I've decided to start making a note of everything, not necessary (coffee is necessary) I buy in a month to see if it can shame me in to curbing my spending and saving some money. If it works it means I'll be able to afford the trip I'm starting to plan for next year without having to worry. If I can't I may have to try to find a way to make some extra money.

So, after that long introduction here is month one of Shit That I Have Brought:

1. Ring- Nothing
2.Grey cropped leggings- Primark
3. Black cardi- Primark
4. Shirt- Fat Face (via eBay)
5. Weekend bag- Primark
6. Make-up bag- Pound Land
7. Miss Sporty Lipstick- Pound Land
8. Black Flats- Primark
9. Two pairs of sunglasses- new look
10. 17 BB cream-Boots
11. 17 Bronzer-Boots
12. 17 Powder Brush-Boots
13. Free 17 festival kit (note the free, which means I didn't buy it. So really it doesn't count).
14. Flip Flops- White Stuff
15. Gilet- Joules

I was going to post pictures of everything, or one big picture, but I've already started wearing things and keep forgetting to do it when I have good light. I did manage to get pictures of the 17 festival kit thought, because I wanted to show you what's inside.

There's an eyeliner, nail varnish and an instant tanner. The nail varnish and the eye liner are both really good, I've already worn both and love them. The tanner on the other hand I'm not a fan of. It left no colour what so ever on my legs, and I'm pale. It's not like I'm a big tanner either. I don't really do the whole fake tan thing unless I'm going on holiday, and even then I use a gradual tanning moisturiser, rather than fake tan. If it had left a bit of colour I would of been happy, but nope, nothing. It's a shame really, because I love the other two products and think they work really well. The eye pencil goes on smoothly and stays all day without running or smudging and the nails varnish gives a good coverage with only 2 coats and is a really nice summery colour.

Tropical Island-17 Lasting Fix

You can't really tell from the picture, but there are tiny specs of gold glitter through the nail varnish. It doesn't give it a sheen but just gives it a nice sparkle when it catches the light.
